GHL remains the master customer record

This application reads a limited live view of RGA Bucks opportunities from GoHighLevel: contact or opportunity name, pipeline stage, status and timestamps. It can move an opportunity to Trial Attended, No Show or Joined as Member when an authorised user explicitly saves that result.

How access is protected

The GHL credential stays on the server and is never sent to the browser. The application does not expose email addresses or phone numbers in its live view, and it does not send customer data to an AI service.

What stays on this device

Onboarding ownership, access checks, completion notes and the activation result are stored in this browser. Do not enter medical, banking, payment-card, government-ID or other sensitive personal information in the notes.

Backup and removal

Use Export backup in the Evidence view to download the browser-stored onboarding information. The export does not include live GHL records. Use Reset workspace to remove activation information from this browser; it does not delete or change GHL records.
